Luozhong SHEN
Luozhong Shen is a PhD student at the University of Hong Kong. She holds a Bachelor of Economics from Wuhan University and a Juris Master from Fudan University, and was an exchange student at the University of Hamburg during her master’s studies. Her research interests include international economic law, dispute resolution, and global governance, with a current focus on the legal and institutional dimensions of sovereign debt restructuring.
