Tengqian WANG
Tengqian Wang is a SJD candidate in the Faculty of Law at the University of Hong Kong. She obtained her LLB from Sun Yat-sen University and her LLM from Durham University. Her areas of research interest include company law and corporate governance. In addition to her academic career, Tengqian Wang has served as an external director of Chinese state-owned enterprises.
