International Public Law/ Post-Conflict Reconstruction:
Constitutional Drafting Support, Editor, Public International Law and Policy Group (2008) Constitutional Research project for the Government of a South East Asian Nation seeking to revise its constitutional provision on religion. Summarized the successes/challenges of over 35 state constitutional provisions addressing the practice of religion. Wrote executive summary, introduction and key learnings/best practices and edited 35 country reviews. The document was used in the states constitutional revision project.
Post-Conflict Reconstruction, Environmental Dispute Resolution Reconstruction Team, Public International Law and Policy Group. (2007-08) Worked collaboratively with a team of four attorneys in consultation with local representatives to draft a proposed structure for an environmental commission and land conflict resolution process for an African state in the midst of civil war.
Post-Conflict Reconstruction, Property Restitution Team, Public International Law and Policy Group, collaborated with a team of 5 attorneys to draft a proposed structure for a land commission for a South East Asian* nation undergoing civil war. (2006)
