摘要：

「一國兩制」下的跨境法律適用和管轄將形成良性競爭，促進跨境法律服務的可及性。非對稱管轄條款將成為法律職業界關注的重點。比較法教育將越來越受到重視。對職業利益衝突的擔憂將對法律專業機構的整合分化產生影響。上述各互相關聯的因素將影響「一國兩制」下跨境法律服務生態的發展方向。

講者：

王千華，深圳大學法學教授，港澳基本法研究中心副主任、秘書長，北京大學法學博士（1999）、香港大學法律學院Leslie Wright Fellow（2016-2017）。主要研究方向為：國際法、港澳基本法、仲裁法。
