朱蘇力，北京大學博雅講席教授、北京大學法學院天元講席教授、教育部長江學者。研究方向為法學理論，法律經濟學，法律社會學，司法制度等。發表學術論文200餘篇，專著有《法治及其本土資源》《送法下鄉》《制度是如何形成的》《大國憲制》等。
